Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00. If your appointment is not confirmed, within 24 hours, it will be considered a no-show appointment and you will also be charged $100 cancellation fee. Please arrive at least five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the $100 cancellation / no show fee. We are located on the lower level, not the main level & we are suite LL1. Our office has a glass door. *Please note there is a 3.5% fee for all credit and debit card transactions.
